What is the meaning of life?

What is the meaning of life?

When you were growing up, did you ever wonder what your intended purpose is? Of course, you did; we all have at one time or another. You may have asked your parents,’ What is the meaning of life? ‘

They may have given you the answer or, at least, one that was acceptable to you at the moment.

But it’s a huge and important question that begs for the truth.

So what is the meaning of life?

If you know, that’s awesome. But for those of you who are wondering, God has been around for eternity. His presence is altogether beautiful, life-giving, and Holy. To learn more about Him we invite you to start with your very own Bible (Get one if you don’t yet have one and you’ll be glad you did). We recommend getting an easy-to-read and understand translation such as the ESV to start out.

He created you to share the incredible experience of His love and presence with and in you. He created you with a purpose to display Him so that others will experience Him too.

So the next time you’re asked, ‘What is the meaning of life? ‘You’ll know to share with them that it’s to experience and share God with people.

God’s love brings the desire to share in His marvelous creation.

To experience the fulfillment of your purpose, we must have love. We must love who we are, love what we represent and do, and love who we serve. Loving God and loving people is the role we’re all called to fill.

Does your current role and title allow you to love?

You may have asked, what is love? 1 John 4:8 ERV says Anyone who does not love does not know God because God is love. John 1:1 KJV says, In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

If God is both love and His Holy Word, we can say that love is ‘The word.’ When we pray His word over people, serve, invest quality time with, encourage and affirm people, this builds them up with love. Not only does it make them feel fulfilled, it makes us fulfilled.

If you have not been applying this true definition and reality of love in your life, business, titles, and roles, you have probably suffered and struggled.

You may attempt to help people and fail sometimes, but that’s ok. Just get back up when you get knocked down, and don’t let that stop you.

To Fail Means A:

Fortuitous – happening by accident or chance rather than design.

Advancement – In the process of promoting a cause or plan.

I-n

L-earning

Failure is an accidental opportunity presented during the effort toward a goal for you to learn and do better the next time. You have to take advantage of the opportunity.

If you aren’t happy with where you’ve been or are right now, then do something about it. Don’t look to others to get you out of your mess. It’s ok to look to God to show you the way, and then it will be up to you to take the right actions.

Excuses and complaints are the enemies to you getting into a better situation. You do not have the right to complain or make excuses about what you’re unwilling to change. Change is in your hands and is your choice.

In fact, you have no ability to change what you do not take responsibility for. This is why we’ve got to learn to take responsibility for ourselves relying on God more to meet our needs and help us be content. He shepherds us so we will not be in want.

Here is a song my wonderful wife wrote and produced about taking responsibility for ourselves:

You have free will. So make your choices.

Some people aren’t good at life or business and would be good at both if they attempted to be good at the right one for them. Both people should focus on being good at life to be good at business or good at business to be good at life. When focused on the wrong one, you’ll struggle and fail at both.

The deception that multitasking is a good thing spreads us thin, rendering our efforts ineffective. When you focus on the one right thing and stay in your lane, you’ll find you naturally begin to succeed everywhere else.

Here are four quick tips for self-reflection to fix your focus right away:

1. Be Honest

Are you successful? What does success mean to you? Is your definition of success mainly about others or about you?

Avoid the comparison trap. No matter where you are, I’m sure you have some big goals you’d like to achieve and some level of success. Decide to be grateful.

2. Be Heaven-Minded

 Are you money-minded or Heaven-Minded?

Money is simply a tool you can use to reach people and bless them. It’s not the end all be all solution as it doesn’t solve all problems. Money comes and goes.

It’s inconsistent. It could be there one moment and gone the next. You can’t take it with you after this life, and tomorrow may never come.

3. Be Humbly Present

The past is gone, and all we have is right now and right now. To set yourself up for greatness, you should not put your trust in money, credentials, or your ability to attain them. It would be best if you did not think that security comes from these things or that insecurity comes from a lack of these things.

Insecurity comes from a lack of relationship and trust in God. I know it’s tempting to want enough money to be independent so that you can do things on your own your way. But realize, you can’t and shouldn’t try to do life or business on your own as you couldn’t take your next breath or your last one without God.

As stated in the Bible, It is not good for man to be alone. We need God’s help and the help of others. Both of these come through prayer and collaboration.

If you have one, your spouse is your number 1 physical helper for this time on earth.

 4. Be Honed In On Your WHY

Discover a purpose outside of yourself that is much bigger than you can ask, think, or imagine. A purpose that brings so much fulfillment to all that come in contact with you, including yourself. When you look at how you will serve people, determine how you’ll help them in a way that produces fruit here on earth and forever in their lives and yours.

Keep in mind that manipulating people is controlling them, and that is witchcraft; however, self-control comes from God’s Holy Spirit as He gave us free will.

No one can force you to turn out a certain way, as no one can separate you from what God has given you; The meaning of life is to share in excellent creation with people and serve them. Serving people is doing business. To do business, you’ll want to know how to start.
